Q: After completing the installation of the windows system, I do not know the password to get into the system?

Q: If I get an unrecoverable system error, what steps should I follow?
A: The first thing to do is complete the dialogue box by typing in exactly what you were doing prior to receiving the error. Be as specific as possible. Re-enter the system and go to File, Administration, Event Log and print out the error message and fax to Caroline Davis Rourk at Duke University, 919-286-5647.
Q: I did not receive a manual of instruction with my system. How am I supposed to know how to use it?
